The 2nd BRICS Heads of IP Meeting was hosted by CIPC-SOUTH AFRICA in Geneva, Switzerland on 24 September 2013 on the sidelines of the WIPO General Assemblies.

In the course of the meeting, the Magaliesburg Summary Report was adopted by all the offices. All the changes of the Roadmap were adopted by all the offices. Mr Chaitanya Prasad, Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks at IP India signed the adopted BRICS IP Offices Cooperation Roadmap on behalf of his office.
